院内保育施設 開設準備室

地域包括ケアシステムの推進には、医療および介護・リハビリテーション等を担う人材の労働環境の整備が重要課題であると考えられます。

もぐもぐクリニックでは労働環境整備の一環として、従業員の子供を対象とした院内保育施設の開設準備室を設置しました。

本年11月には試験運用を開始し、本年度中の本格運用を目指しています。

In order to promote the Integrated Community Care System, the improvement of the working environment for personnel responsible for medical care and nursing care and rehabilitation is considered an important issue.

As part of its efforts to improve the working environment, Mog2 Clinic has set up a preparatory office for the establishment of an in-clinic childcare facility for the children of its employees.

The test operation will begin in November this year, with the aim of full-scale operation by the end of this fiscal year.
